Prior to her career in real estate, Barbara was an Elementary school teacher in Europe, Westchester County, New York and Bergen County .  She has experience teaching children in grades K through 8.  This background affords her an enormous understanding of the importance of education and how it is a priority for home buyers.  She finds selling homes in Bergen County a pleasure because the schools and towns are such outstanding places to raise children.  She and her husband Bill raised their children in Upper Saddle River where they attended the Upper Saddle River Elementary School and Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale.  During those years, Barbara was active in many town programs that were sponsored by the schools as well as the recreation departments.  She also lived in Allendale for 12 years and Mahwah for the past 6 years.  Her children are now grown and on their own. Barbara focuses 100% on her real estate career in Northern Bergen County where her positive personal experience enhances her strong knowledge of the real estate market.
