Special Properties, a division of Brook Hollow Realty welcomesJeffrey Checkley to their team. Jeffrey comes to Special Properties with 10 years of real estate and management experience. In his previous real estate company Jeffrey was a constant top producer in sales and listings being ranked in the top 3% of the entire company. He is a trainer, teacher and mentor to new associates.  He also served first as an assistant manager and then later a manager over a five plus year time period.

A graduate of Montclair State University , Jeffrey is a long time resident of Upper Saddle River.  He has served on a number of comities for the Board of Realtors.  These include Community Services and the Board of Ethics; standards of practice, working for and with the real estate community since 2000. Another achievement, Jeffrey earned his brokers license in the spring of 2005.  Trained in elements of design and style he is considered a luxury property specialist.
