The first half of 2019…
The first half of 2019 showed a remarkable increase in sales of our million dollar plus listings. We have closed listings from $1.5 Million up to $9 Million and have every reason to believe that the rest of the year will be just as productive.
We are encouraged that this will be a banner year: prices have adjusted, interest rates remain low, inventory is abundant in the luxury market and many sellers are ready to move on. The buyers are out looking during the summer months, a time when we usually slow down.
