The Spring Market!

The Spring Market is not only heating up, it never cooled down from the incredible Fall market.  We haven’t had this low of an inventory in several decades! As homes enter the market, if they are priced well they sell, often with multiple offers.Our most often requested items on the buyers’ wishlist are: pools, space for working and schooling remotely,large gathering areas, updated kitchens and larger properties with outdoor amenities.
